Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what data Parcelo ("the Game") collects, why, and who it is shared with. Parcelo is developed and published by Yiğit Bozyaka, an individual developer publishing under the Appelux brand ("we", "us"). It applies to the Android and iOS versions of the Game, package identifier com.appelux.parcelo. It is effective from October 22, 2026.

Parcelo has no accounts and no sign-in, and we run no servers of our own for it. We never ask you for your name, email address, or phone number. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card or payment details.

2. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Your game progress is saved to a file in the Game's private storage on your device and is never uploaded to us. It contains your coin balance, shifts played and best earnings, upgrade levels, the vehicles, paint jobs and cities you own, your selected vehicle, paint and city, the company name you enter, your daily tasks, your settings (sound, music, camera shake, graphics, controls, language), the store products you own, recently processed purchase transaction identifiers, and ad pacing counters (how many rewarded ads you watched today, when the last full-screen ad was shown, and whether the iOS tracking prompt has already been shown).

Deleting the Game deletes this file. We hold no copy of it and cannot restore it. Coins are stored only on this device and are lost if you change device; one-time purchases (such as Remove Ads) can be restored with Restore Purchases in Settings.

3. Data Collected Automatically

Gameplay analytics, collected through Google Firebase Analytics. The Game records events about play and the in-game store, such as starting and ending a shift (earnings, deliveries, city, vehicle, stars), spending coins, completing daily tasks, opening the store, starting, cancelling, completing or restoring a purchase, ad requests, ad results and rewarded-ad outcomes, and your consent and tracking-prompt answers. It also sets three properties: whether you have made a purchase, whether ads are removed, and how many shifts you have played. None of these contain your name or contact details.

Device and app information, collected by Firebase Analytics with every event: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and a randomly generated app instance identifier.

Approximate location. Firebase Analytics derives a coarse location (typically country or region) from the IP address your device connects with. We do not collect GPS or precise location, and the Game does not request location permission.

Advertising data, collected by Google AdMob when ads are requested and shown: your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers on iOS, the latter only if you allow tracking), IP address, device information, and how you interacted with the ad.

Purchase data, collected by RevenueCat when you buy or restore an in-app product: the products you bought, transaction and receipt details from the App Store or Google Play, price and currency, and an anonymous RevenueCat user identifier generated on your device. This identifier is random and is not linked to your name or store account by us.

4. Advertising

Parcelo is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Interstitial ads may appear between shifts after you have played a few. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one to double a shift's earnings or to receive free coins. If no ad is available, no reward is given and nothing else changes. Ads are limited to content rated for general audiences.

The Remove Ads purchase removes interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available.

Consent (EEA, UK and other regions where required). On first launch the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent form where the law requires one. Your choice controls whether ads may be personalised and whether advertising data is shared with Google Analytics for Firebase (through Google Consent Mode).

App Tracking Transparency (iOS). On first launch, iOS asks whether Parcelo may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you allow it, AdMob may use your Identifier for Advertisers to personalise ads. If you decline, or have not answered, the Game only requests non-personalised ads. The Game works the same either way.

How Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

5. In-App Purchases

Parcelo offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads, a starter pack and a paint pack). Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts with Apple and Google, to restore one-time purchases, and to detect refunds. RevenueCat receives the purchase data described in section 3, linked to the anonymous identifier. It does not receive your payment details.

6. How We Use This Data

To understand how the Game is played in aggregate, so that difficulty, rewards and store prices can be tuned.

To fix problems, for example by seeing how often ads fail to load or purchases fail.

To show ads and to be paid for them, which is how the Game is funded.

To validate purchases, deliver what you bought, restore one-time purchases, and handle refunds.

We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

7. Who We Share Data With

Google LLC, as the provider of Firebase Analytics. Their privacy information is at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Google LLC, as the provider of AdMob advertising and the User Messaging Platform. Their privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy

RevenueCat, Inc., as the provider of purchase validation. Their privacy policy is at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Apple Inc. and Google LLC, as the stores that process your payments.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

8. Legal Basis and Consent

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and ad measurement, on the performance of a contract when you make a purchase, and on our legitimate interest in understanding how the Game is used and keeping it working. Where the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) applies, the same processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests.

9. Changing Your Ad Choices

In the Game: open Settings. Privacy Policy opens this page. Where your consent can be revisited (for example in the EEA and UK), an Ad Privacy Options row is also shown; it reopens Google's consent form so you can change or withdraw your choice.

On iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking lets you allow or deny tracking for Parcelo at any time.

On Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads (or Google › Ads) lets you delete or reset your Advertising ID and opt out of personalised ads.

10. Retention

Firebase Analytics event data is retained for the period configured in our Firebase project and is then deleted automatically by Google.

Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policies; we only see aggregate revenue reports.

Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat, Apple and Google for as long as needed to provide restores and refunds and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Progress stored on your device is retained until you delete the Game or clear its data.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Because Parcelo has no accounts, the data held by our providers cannot be linked back to you by name. To exercise a right, write to us at support@appelux.com. To help us find the data, include your device's advertising identifier or, for purchase data, the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt. You may also reset your advertising identifier at any time, which disconnects future ad data from past data.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority, in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

12. Children

Parcelo is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at support@appelux.com and we will delete it.

13. International Transfers

Google and RevenueCat process the data described above on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. They rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for these transfers.

14. Security

Data sent to Google and RevenueCat travels over encrypted connections. Your progress file is stored in the Game's private, sandboxed storage, which other apps cannot read.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how data is collected, describe it in the Game's release notes.
