Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Chimeloop, a game published by Appelux, Inc.. By installing or playing it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Chimeloop on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, sell, or redistribute the Game or any part of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

The Game, its artwork, sound, and code remain our property. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

3. Coins and Unlockable Items

Chimeloop contains an in-game currency called coins, earned by playing. Coins are not money. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything outside the Game, and cannot be transferred between devices or players.

Coins and unlocked items exist only in the save file on your device. If you delete the Game, clear its data, change device, or if the save file becomes unreadable, they are gone and we cannot restore them.

We may adjust prices, rewards, and how quickly coins are earned in order to balance the Game.

Chimeloop contains no purchases with real money.

4. Advertising

The Game is free and funded by advertising. Interstitial ads appear between runs. Rewarded ads are always optional and are offered in exchange for a specific benefit, such as reviving a run or doubling the coins from it.

If an ad fails to load, or you close it before it finishes, the Game continues and you simply do not receive the reward. Attempting to obtain rewards by falsifying ad views or otherwise manipulating the Game is a breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not modify the Game or its save file to obtain coins, items, or scores you have not earned. The save file is checksummed, and a file that fails its checksum is reset.

Do not use automated means to play the Game, and do not interfere with its operation or with the services it depends on.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature of it at any time, and some settings can be changed remotely without a new release.

We do not promise the Game will be available uninterrupted or that it will run on every device.

7. Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google Firebase and Google AdMob. Your use of the Game is also subject to their terms, and to the terms of the store you installed it from.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost progress, lost coins, or lost data, arising from your use of the Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
